One River, All Seasons…
Trout Fishing
Come catch Lake Trout, Rainbow Trout and Brown Trout on the beautiful Niagara River. The incredible fishing and scenery make the colder seasons worth braving for this incredible experience.
Fishing safely from a boat allows you to fish hot spots untouched by shore anglers, and to present your baits perfectly to more fish. If you have never fished the Niagara River before, what are you waiting for?
Trophy trout are possible with every drift. We routinely catch Lake Trout over 20 pounds, and brown trout exceeding 30 inches.
Season: November to May
Bass Fishing
Come fish the Niagara River for smallmouth bass. This is a popular option for families in the summertime, when bass are active and plentiful. Enjoy a relaxing fishing experience that provides opportunities to not only catch some serious fish, but catch up with friends and learn about the Niagara River.
Trophy bass opportunities are also available for the more experienced angler in the Spring and Fall.
Purchasing a 1-Day New York State fishing license gives access to both sides of the river and increases the chances of hooking trophy fish, but is not required.
Season: April to November
Walleye Fishing
The Niagara River is a great spot to catch walleye at different times of the year. The river provides a buffet of food for fish to eat, including smelt, alewife, shiners, shad and gobies, and walleye often aren’t far behind.
Although walleye can be a target species, they are largely considered a bonus fish on most of our trips. Every year we land several walleye over 10 pounds while fishing for other species.
Season: July to December
